CHD SERIES
- Made of AISI 304L stainless steel (Wnr 1.4307).
- Roof integrated into the box body and inclined towards the front at 30°.
- Surface finish with very low roughness RA < 0.3 microns.
- Without inserts/holes
- 120° internal hinges on left side (reversible on request).
- Door with sloped edges and internal hinges with opening at 120° on the left-hands side (reversible on demand).
- Roboter-layed polyurethane sealing ring.

- Micro-fused hinges: compared to pressed hinges, micro-fused hinges are more resistant and improve the stability of the door and make it easier to adjust.
- Silicone seals: are more resistant and durable than polyurethane seals.
- After a certain dimension size, they have a tubular reinforcement coupled with a support guide wheel: the tubular reinforcement is used to stiffen the door and the support guide wheel to maintain the correct position and prevent misalignment due to its weight, ensuring that correct function of the gasket.
- 30° inclined leading edges: the edges are inclined from 90° to 30° as per the CPN box series. This guarantees a homogenous gasket compression.
